It fits perfectly for a 9 kg Shiba Inu, but it seems like the collar still needs support at the bottom. The fabric is pleasant, the seams are even and seem strong.

Excellent dog carrier! I have a 9KG toy poodle with a disease that makes it hard for her to walk far. This is perfect—when she gets tired, we just pop her in and keep going with the other dogs. Well made, super comfy for both the dog and the person carrying it.
