Delivery Areas

We deliver to all locations across the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

  1. Standard Products:
    • Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 working days.
    • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
  2. Imported Products:
    • Some items we import may take 8–10 working days for delivery.
    • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout for imported items.
  3. Next-Day Delivery:
    • Available for select items at an additional cost.
    • Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £65. A flat fee of £3.99 applies for orders under £65.
  • Next-Day Delivery: £7.99 per order.
  • For large or bulky items, additional shipping charges may apply, and these will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Failed Deliveries

  1. Incorrect Address:
    • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of order.
    • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  2. Missed Deliveries:
    • If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave a card or send you a notification to reschedule.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged package or item.
